Welcome to Choux!
We serve a 5 course tasting menu at €75. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there’s also an option for a 4 course menu at €65. For early diners we serve a 3 course Theatre menu at €49,50. With this ticket, your table is available until 20:00. Our menu is vegetable focussed, so a vegetarian or vegan menu is always available. We can accommodate most dietary wishes and allergies, but only if you let us know in advance. Reservations will open 3 months in advance.
Unfortunately we can’t host parties bigger than 8 people.
Since early 2023 we started producing our own natural seasoning sauce, named 621 Ferments. Together with our partner Lindenhoff we upcycle waste streams into deliciousness. Make sure you’ll have some at home, not only adding flavor to your meals, but you‘re also supporting our mission to reduce food waste and promote sustainability
Like many of you know, we also import natural wine through our sister company Zuiver Wijnen. Please visit Zuiver’s website for information on producers and their wines, and to order these beautiful products made by honest people for pick-up or delivery!
